- Wear UV Protective Sunglasses– Too much exposure to sun is harmful for the eyes as it accelerates its deterioration so it is highly advised to wear sunglasses when you are outside in scorching sunlight. Just getting dark lenses is not enough for your eyes instead look for the glasses which block 99% or 100% UV rays.
