Jason E.64 days agoSilly me--I recently ventured over to Eyes on Brickell without checking their office hours. As I approached and realized they were closed, a man who later introduced himself as Dr. Copty came to the door and let me know the office was not open. Even so, he still asked whether he could help me. Apparently, he had stopped by briefly to fix something in the office, so our timing was truly serendipitous. He welcomed me inside, despite the office being closed, answered all of my questions, and helped me resolve a quick contact lens issue. Dr. Copty was incredibly warm and welcoming and went out of his way to assist me on his day off. The interaction and overall customer experience completely blew me away. I'm extremely grateful for his kindness, professionalism, and expertise. This was my first visit to Eyes on Brickell, but they now have a customer for life. If you're in the Miami area and need anything eye-related, I highly, highly recommend visiting Eyes on Brickell!Posted on Yelp
A M.138 days agoThis location is amazing! It's like your one-stop shop for all your facial needs, from eye examinations to cosmetic procedures. Plus, their selection of frames is incredible. I was able to get my full eye exam, facial procedure and they were even able to get my glasses done same day. The team is incredibly professional, and they really make you feel at ease. I especially want to highlight Kelly, Estrellita, and Edward for their amazing customer service. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Joyce L.413 days agoMost of us book an eye appointment because we need a prescription, but what if you actually have an eye issue that determines the need for a specialist...?! Finally I know I have the go to perfect Optometric Physician that can help me, grateful to have Dr. Copty for guidance and to educate me about my options. Eyes on Brickell has a wonderful staff and an invaluable asset in Armando Lopez, he's an insurance pro and when it came to choosing my eye glasses I couldn't have been in better hands, he is terrific. Most definitely I would recommend this establishment and take note at the fact that their equipment is state of the art for accuracy.Load more
